In his book Following the Equator, Mark Twain’s character says, “the only way to keep your health is to eat what you don’t want, drink what you don’t like, and do what you’d druther not.”  We are here to challenge that notion. One of our fundamental beliefs here at Grunow’s is that healthy eating does not have to be an unpleasant obligation. After all, food that makes you feel great should taste great too. Each meal comes with a complete description of its ingredients and nutritional values. We want the best food for you for your good health.

Our meal plans are created to fit each customer’s specific needs with the expertise of our certified dietician. We pride ourselves on the low-processed, organic origins of everything on our menu. Absolutely NO fertilizers or sprays are used on our garden. Even the cedar hardwood is protected by all natural and food safe oils. Every seed and stalk is organic. We make it a point to use superfoods in our menu items as often as possible.

Our honey and bee pollen are locally sourced to maximize its power to fight seasonal allergies. It is raw and unfiltered to preserve all of the antioxidants and nutrients. We also make many things from scratch such as our yogurt, mozzarella cheese and jams. So, come try Grunow’s Kitchen and eat what you like knowing it is also good for you.
